Peter Ford Catering brings you a series of Master classes for 2020 which are immersive, educational and on location. Featuring produce from our local region, you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of the featured producer venue, whilst learning from innovative local chef, Peter Ford.
Arrival 10:00am for coffee and a bite followed by a tour of the Farm and a cider awareness talk by Farm owner. The class will then start at 11:00am and run for two hours where you will learn to make an apple and cider based menu. You will then get to enjoy the food prepared in the class for lunch at 1:00pm, and have the opportunity to purchase 321 Cider with departure at 2:00pm....
