In partnership with the Western Plains Cultural Centre, Dubbo Filmmakers will host the fourth annual One Eye Film Festival at the new Black Box Theatre.
The One Eye Film Festival has grown in popularity both with filmmakers and audience in the past three years. Last year 30 short films were shown to an audience of more than 350 people at three sittings. They ranged from comedies, dramas, documentaries, animations and art films.
Celebrating short films made in or about the Orana Region, the public is invited to enjoy a variety of short films made in their own community....
