The Resort covers an area of one hundred hectares and has two kilometres of private foreshore to Lake Hume. The Great Aussie Resort could best be described as a self contained holiday destination, with the emphasis on affordable accommodation, and day and night time activities. Once you arrive, you really do not have to leave the Resort until the end of your stay, unless you would like to tour some of the regional attractions. Probably the thing you will enjoy most about the Resort is the feeling created by the combination of the water, the space and the rural atmosphere, all in a holiday setting. It just makes you feel good to be here. Accommodation ranges from caravan and camping sites right through to well appointed units, we have a range of accommodation to suit any budget. The layout of the accommodation means you can come with friends or family, who are staying in different types of accommodation or sites and still be close by. Sites and tents are scattered amongst cabins so guests can freely mix and mingle.
